Mr Zhang focuses on research and learning on IP law. He worked in Beijing after graduation and accumulated extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution as assistant of the president.
In 2004, Mr Zhang established C&H and is committed to provide effective and efficient solution of IP protection for clients. He has managed to be successful in several famous trade mark squatting cases and invalidation cases based on unfair competition and infringement, which program involved appeals to Beijing First Intermediate People's Court and Beijing Supreme Court.

Mr. Zai has worked in the field of IP law for more than 12 years and now is in charge of the operation and management of C&H office in Suzhou.
